A Loss Prevention ADVISOR instigates Loss Prevention strategy and advices to both internal & external Employees and contacts. Manages LP team, training & advising on Best Practice in respect to LP opportunities and minimize shrinkage within the Company to maximize profit.
Actively monitor, direct & communicate with internal/external parties to Loss Prevention requirements/strategy specifically
Provide prompt & professional investigate service to the Company, in any incident that may occur, notify surrounding stores of situation & prevent any further incidents escalating as per Company process
Act as the Line Manager for In House Security Supervisors, ensuring that the team delivers Loss Prevent KPI's & implement corporate strategies
Assist Loss Prevention training for Security & Store Management & Employees
Visit stores as required to carry out Loss Prevention & Health & Safety Reviews
Act as Line Manager for all in store Security Officer's both internal & external.
Conduct stock take and Loss Prevention visits/investigations
Skills & Experience:
Secondary/High School Education
Must be fluent in both English ,Arabic & French
Good communication skills both verbal & written
Knowledge of Criminal/Civil/Labour Laws desirable
Minimum of 3 - 5 years Retail operations experience
IT literate, numerical & analytical
